中国医学科学院医药生物技术研究所生物化学研究室主任，博士生导师。中国老年学学会衰老与抗衰老科学委员会主任委员。主持和参加过NIH、973、国家重大新药创制十一五、十二五大平台项目和国家自然科学基金等多个项目的研究，共发表研究论文52篇（其中SCI收录论文28篇），申请发明专利2项，综述18篇。
